Talent Acquisition is a critical skill for all Human Resources professionals—whether you are a recruiting expert or support the process of hiring in any way— recruiting is an essential skill for all of us in HR.
In this fun, interactive session, we’ll discuss the basis of all great recruiting and staffing excellence: the understanding that recruiting, and HR for that matter, is really about building and cultivating relationships. We’ll discuss the tools and resources you’ll need to transform yourself into a true recruitment expert (even if you are an HR Generalist or in another HR speciality). You will learn about the challenges of Talent Acquisition today including an overview on some of the newest tools and innovations available. We’ll discuss how use “contracting” in day-to-day relationships, and how to walk the line between being “of service” and not being “customer service”. You will learn how to position ourselves and our teams as “expert consultants” not internal vendors and how to leverage the 4 components of a great recruiting Service Level Agreement to more effectively set and manage hiring manager expectations and drive accountability and the key steps for successful recruiting relationship management.
