Great Insights from the IACPR Global Conference: Listen to Practitioners Discuss Realities of Executive Recruiting

The IACPR (International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment) held its 33rd Global Conference in New York, October 23-25, 2011.  The room was filled with both corporate Human Resources/Recruiting professionals as well as retained Executive Search professionals who had lively discussions on Talent Readiness, Executive Candidate Experience, Employer Branding, Diversity Analytics, Diversity Strategies, Innovation in Executive Compensation, and more. In addition, the always entertaining and thought-provoking David Lord -facilitated what has become an annual opportunity to have a truly “open mike” session to discuss issues that may be slightly contentious.

During the conference, TotalPictureRadio‘s Peter Clayton conducted a series of audio interviews with many of the key speakers, panel participants, and attendees. We at Riviera Advisors, were thrilled to again sponsor these podcasts.
