Javvi Joyce Ferrer is a Talent Acquisition Analyst Intern, providing overall analytical and administrative support to the Riviera Advisors team. Javvi works directly supporting the firm’s principal consultants on tasks supporting Riviera Advisors’ clients including qualitative and quantitative analysis of data collected from client companies as part of Talent Acquisition optimization projects. Also, Javvi manages Riviera Advisors’ social media communities including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. In addition to her work at Riviera Advisors in the successful, Talent Acquisition Analyst Internship program, Javvi is a senior at California State University Long Beach (CSULB) where she is majoring in Business Management and taking Human Resources Management courses. She is an active member of the CSULB Human Resource Management Association (HRMA). She has honed her marketing and social media skills while working for Peter Law Group and as marketing manager for the Association of Media & Entertainment Counsel (AMEC). In addition, Javvi has coordinated social media and marketing activities for local small businesses, including Skin Beauty Spa. Javvi received an Associates degree in Business Management from El Camino Community College. Javvi is based in Long Beach, California.
