Michael Wood is a Talent Acquisition Analyst, helping to facilitate the Riviera Advisors mission through both administrative support and analytics of client recruiting data. With an academic background in statistics and research methodology, Michael provides both quantitative and qualitative analysis in support of Riviera Advisors work with clients. In addition to assisting the principal consultants and the core processes of Riviera Advisors, Michael is the primary community and social media manager of Riviera Advisors presence across social media, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Beyond his work at Riviera Advisors, Michael is an undergraduate student at California State University Long Beach (CSULB) majoring in psychology with a minor in philosophy. Through his formal studies, he actively explores the complexity of human behavior and seeks to cultivate a knowledge of psychological principles that can inform the optimization of organizational functions. Michael is a member of both the CSULB chapters of the Psi Chi Honor Society and the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). Michael was born and raised in Redondo Beach, California and is expected to graduate from California State University Long Beach in 2024.
