Created and managed by Riviera Advisors, the Strategic Talent Acquisition Roundtable (STARoundtable) is a community designed specifically for corporate and organizational recruiting and staffing leaders.
The STARoundtable offers highly structured, professionally facilitated discussion and workgroup sessions focused solely on the challenges and opportunities of leading recruiting and staffing inside of organizations. In addition, it offers powerful access to tools, resources, and research reports on talent acquisition and recruiting leadership and subjects driven by STARoundtable participants. Programs are offered both in-person and virtually.
The STARoundtable produces powerful, award-winning, educational events, networking sessions, and workshops on talent acquisition and recruiting leadership that are by invitation-only and are designed to help advance the profession of recruiting and talent acquisition leadership. These events are held several times throughout the year in locations on top university business school campuses and at premier executive-level conference centers and hotels around the world.
